  • When you are building a new home, this is the time to get your new homes bones inspected. This inspection is our opportunity to check for defects before drywall gets installed.

  • Your opportunity to get ahead of your final walk through your new home and be prepared for when you get to put the Blue Tape on all the deficiencies that remain before closing. This inspection should happen a few days before your walk with the builder.

    • Before this Inspection I like to go over any concerns you have that I should pay immediate attention to.

    • Quality check all aspects of your new construction.

  • Use this to take full advantage of your builder’s warranty. I recommend scheduling this inspection at least 90-days prior to the end of your 1-year warranty expiring. If Dwelling Dynamics conducted your Pre-Purchase Inspection, please reach out before booking to get your addon rate!

    • Inspect and Test all Builder installed major systems and components

    • Check all areas of the home that may need corrective action under warranty

    • Identify cosmetic or poor craftsmanship

    • Provide a report that helps you create a punch list that fits within your builder’s warranty

  • About half of the homes in Colorado have levels of Radon levels higher than the EPA’s recommended action levels. Radon testing in your new home simply gives you the information you need to make an informed decision before finalizing your purchase.

    Price: 250$ (225$ when scheduled with an Inspection)

  • The Inspector will visually inspect by camera the major sewer routes from inside the home out to the connection to the street (in most cases). When you get a home inspected, A Sewer Scope is an addon available that delivers peace of mind.

    • Confirms what kind of material your sewer system is made of (Cast Iron, PVC, etc.).

    • Checks for integrity of sewer lines and any impediments.

  • Getting a periodic Maintenance Inspection can keep your homes systems operating properly. Getting an inspection like this twice per year covers all major and minor systems before putting them into full time use when the weather changes and can prevent you from unnecessary downtime and discomfort.
